The CCNY men’s basketball team returned to the hardwood Monday evening, dropping a non-conference matchup to Manhattanville College, 101-85.
The Beavers shot 43.2% from the field in the contest, with the Valiants connecting on 50.6% of their attempts. Manhattanville also held a 45-42 advantage on the boards.
Beavers sophomore Yassine Sakhi led the team with 28 points. 28 points matched his career high.
The Beavers even to 2-2 overall with the loss. CCNY continues its five-game road stretch traveling to Mahwah, New Jersey, to take on Ramapo College on Wednesday, Nov. 17 at 6:00 p.m.
