Vintage NBA logos and jerseys are way better products than the ones we see today. Anything from 1970 through the early 2000s was among the best logos and jerseys ever made. Recently, a friend sent me a picture of all the NBA team logos from the 1992-93 season. It made me smile because that era was so creative regarding logos and jerseys. How come the NBA lost its touch when it comes to creativity?

From the top of my head, I feel that the best NBA logo and jersey from the modern era is the Oklahoma City Thunder one. I love the orange and teal or sky blue mixed. I’m not a fan of today’s logos and jerseys, but I admire that the NBA pays tribute and allows teams to wear old-school jerseys for certain games. It’s good to bring things back from the last from time to time.
I still have NBA jerseys to this day. I have the Phoenix Suns from the 1990s: a Charles Barkley jersey. A blue Orlando Magic Penny Hardaway jersey, Michael Jordan’s black with red stripes Chicago Bulls jersey, Magic Johnson’s Lakers jersey, and I even have a Miami Heat alternative t-shirt which is red and black from the 1996-97 NBA season – an Alonzo Mourning shirt.
