NBA Live ‘95 is one of the best sports video games to ever play in Super Nintendo. A thrilling, fun, and exciting game to play with your siblings, cousins, and friends. It’s crazy to imagine that it’s been 30 years. This game has been very influential in the childhood of many millennials like myself. Guess what? I still have a Super Nintendo and I still have NBA Live ‘95 in my apartment. The 90s was the Golden Era of Basketball. NBA Live ‘95 is one of the most unforgettable games in the history of Super Nintendo. It’s a blessing to have played this game.

When I think about NBA Live ‘95, many things come to mind:

1) Me and my cousin would bond playing this game on Saturdays when he would come to visit in the early 90s. The last time we played this game was back in 2013. We used to go at it. Both of us were very competitive. Sometimes I would win, sometimes he would win. Fun times!

2) The Knicks and Rockets. Why? Because they were on the cover and they were the matchup for the 1994 NBA Finals.

PS. The Knicks should’ve won that series but they choked.

3) My Dad and I also used to play this game. You heard me right. My dad used to play Super Nintendo as well.

One of the things that I used to do playing NBA Live 95 was always shoot from downtown. Triple M was Steph Curry before Steph Curry on the video game. The three-point shot was always fun for me when I used to play NBA Live ‘95. However, it doesn’t mean that I like seeing three-point shots all the time when I’m watching a basketball game on TV or in person.

NBA Live ‘95 is flawless in my eyes. This game can’t do no wrong. They click on all cylinders. I love the graphics, the players, the stats, and the information, and of course, we can’t forget the EA Sports “it’s in the game” intro.
