A woman who was interviewed in the documentary said one of the memorable quotes of the documentary: ” To be successful, you have to give up a lot.” These brothers or one of the brothers made a lot of sacrifices by putting the business before anything.
This documentary has emotional scenes of a father and a son. You would have to see for yourself. You can find this documentary on Tubi.
Charlie and Freddy are always together. Most of their employees are loyal, and many have worked for the company for more than 20 years.
The Osso brothers have treated their employees and customers with respect. It’s one of their best leadership qualities. The brothers ran their business well, organized and structured. It’s no wonder they have had long-term success.
