Actress Tori Spelling and her seven children were hospitalized following a car crash that happened last week.
TMZ was the first one to report the story. Spelling, 52, is best known for her work in “Beverly Hills, 90210.” She and the kids were treated for cuts, bruises, contusions, concussions, and other injuries. Spelling shares five children with her ex-husband Dean McDermott, who are now ages 9 to 19. Spelling filed for divorce on March 29, 2024.
Tori and Dean starred in their own reality series, “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood,” which aired from 2007 to 2012. The couple got married in 2006.
Authorities confirmed that no arrests were made at the scene. The cause of the accident is under investigation. The crash occurred at approximately 5:44 p.m. PT on Thursday.
Tori is the daughter of the late film and television producer, Aaron Spelling, who was a prolific producer for many years. Aaron had his own company, Spelling Television, and was responsible for producing many productions, including Melrose Place, 7th Heaven, Charlie’s Angels, Charmed, and many more iconic shows. He passed away in 2006 at the age of 83.
Tori has been part of several independent films and has made appearances in Saved by the Bell and Scary Movie 2. She also released her autobiography, Stori Telling, in 2008, and it rose to the New York Times best-seller list.
Overall, she has written six books. After the first book, she followed with Mommywood, Uncharted TerriTORI, Presenting Tallulah, CelebraTORI, and Spelling It Like It Is.
Tori’s last television appearance was on the reality TV series Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.
We hope that the Spelling family continues to heal, and thankfully, it wasn’t as damaging as it could have been. It’s a miracle that the family survived the crash.
