President Donald Trump said that countries that purchase oil and gas from Venezuela will face a 25 percent tariff on the trade those nations have with the United States.
Trump said that the tariff will take effect on April 2nd. China was the largest destination for Venezuela last year, followed by the United States, India, and Spain.
