Father’s Day weekend is going to be electric for Arnold Schwarzenegger fans. Why? FUBAR season two premieres on Netflix globally on June 12, and the season will land on Father’s Day weekend.
Schwarzenegger portrays the character of a veteran CIA operative who, until recently, was on the verge of retirement after his last mission of saving another operative.
You have to see any project with Arnie in it. He fits well with these characters and has a track record of doing them. If you do not have Netflix, it’s time to subscribe to watch Arnold’s new role.
Yellowjackets and Showtime Will Connect for Season Four
Yellowjackets will return for the fourth year, and Showtime picked it up. The thriller drama ended Season Three with strong ratings and sensational performances.
The season finale, which premiered on April 13, became the most-streamed Yellowjackets episode in series history. About three million people turned in on Paramount PLus to watch the season finale.
Seeing those numbers from the series’ creators, Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson must be a good feeling.
Shemar Moore Looking Forward to S.W.A.T. Spin-off, But It Came with Backlash
Shemar Moore will return for an S.W.A.T. spinoff as he will continue to play Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson. However, there’s some backlash because his former castmates are not invited to the party.
Moore and CBS have worked together since 1994, when he debuted in Young and the Restless. Moore played eight seasons in S.W.A.T. before it got canceled for the second time.
Moore believes he’s the “Tom Brady of S.W.A.T.” because he’s the quarterback of the show. He didn’t mean it badly or come across as egotistical. He’s come a long way as a talent. He’s one of the executive producers of the series.
The spinoff will begin to shoot during the summer.
