Tucker Carlson launches Nicotine Pouch. It’s the first nicotine pouch brand made by and for adults who unapologetically love nicotine.

In an exclusive interview with Forbes, Carlson explains his motivation for launching the app.

“I was out in Las Vegas last Fall and meeting some friends for dinner,” Tucker said. “I was with one of my producers who knew Theo Von. He’s in the same hotel, so I go to his podcast. I meet with Theo Von to do the podcast for a couple of hours. I put a tin of zin next to me, as I always do. I made some jokes, saying I have four kids because of this product.”

Carlson was energetic, enthusiastic, and playing about the whole thing. When he got home, he received not-so-pleasant news.

“I got a letter from the general counsel of Zin scolding me and kind of threatening me,” Carlson said. “Really? I was joking, and it enraged me.”

Carlson would’ve appreciated it or wouldn’t have minded if they had called him and talked to him pleasantly about the whole situation.

“Because it’s the nature of big companies and of all large organizations to become totally impersonal and anti-human over time, that’s who they became,” Carlson said. “So why in the hell would I put anything in my mouth by a company that hates me and doesn’t have respect for me just to call me on the phone and tell me the truth has to send me a letter from the corporate council’s office? It’s everything I hate, not just about companies, but about modern life.”

ALP comes in 3, 6, and 9 milligrams of nicotine, and flavors include chilled mint, mountain wintergreen, refreshing chill, and tropical fruit.
