Actor and producer Vin Diesel says that Brian will return in the final ‘FAST & FURIOUS’ movie, the eleventh film in the franchise.
Diesel teased a crowd of fans in Pomona, California, about a reunion with Dom and Brian for the eleventh and final movie, which is set to release in April 2027.
The film franchise was never the same after the sudden death of Paul Walker, who died in a car accident in November 2013. Walker appeared in the first five films of the franchise.
He shot some of the scenes in the sixth film, but didn’t get to complete the film. The producers had to use his brother and CGI to complete his performances in the movie.
Fast and Furious should’ve stopped after the sixth film, but the movie continued to do great at the box office, and the storylines kept the audience engaged. Therefore, the show went on without Walker.
“Fast X” was the last film in the franchise, and it hit theaters in May 2023. The film grossed more than $700 million worldwide. It’s not official yet, but there are some possibilities that the franchise’s newcomers, Jason Momoa and Brie Larson, could be returning for the new film.
The upcoming eleventh movie of Fast and Furious will bring back memories for loyal fans regarding seeing Brian O’Connor, the setting in Los Angeles, and bringing back street racing from the first movie.
