A US jury found tech giants Meta and YouTube negligent in causing harm to the plaintiff, a young woman, and failing to warn users about the dangers of their social media apps.

The two companies disagree with the verdict and are clearly not happy because it puts the tech giants in a bad light. In addition, the stock can go down after this verdict. Meta ordered to pay $375 million in New Mexico trial over child exploitation. The olantiff awarded three million in the Los Angeles social media trial.

We are seeing something that hasn’t been seen before: a social media company being founded. There will be many more cases that come forward. Social media might change forever.

Social media has its pros and cons. However, social media has more cons than pros. It can do psychological damage to a human being. Social media is great for business. If you’re planning to build a brand and need to market the brand, then social media is perfect, and it’s free.

However, the downside of social media is that many folks use it to be mean-spirited and try to harm someone with words and many other ways, which is not right. Social media is definitely not a good place for minors. It’s important for parents always to be attentive to what their kids are publishing. We live in sensitive times.

Companies are going to have to start and pivot in how they are planning to do business. With the explosion of Artificial Intelligence, companies must use extensive critical thinking and careful problem-solving. Customer service is the lifeblood of business, and the customer must feel safe and satisfied.
