Singer-songwriter Beyoncé Knowles-Carter reunited Destiny’s Child during her last “Cowboy Carter” Tour in Vegas.
Destiny’s Child is where it all started for Beyoncé, and she never forgot the people who mean a lot to her: Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. The group had so much success together before and during Beyoncé’s solo career.
The trio enjoyed singing classic songs during the tour, such as “Bootylicious”, “Lose My Breath”, and “Independent Women.”
It’s the first time the ladies have reunited from a music standpoint since Coachella in 2018. However, aside from stage, they continue to support one another, especially when Beyoncé and Kelly went to see Michaels during her Broadway performance for “Death Becomes Her” in November.
One of Destiny’s Child’s best songs is “Cater 2 U.” Michelle delivered arguably the best verse, and it was the last verse. The song had outstanding production and lyrics. “Cater 2 U” came out 20 years ago during the summer of 2005. It may get overshadowed by other hit songs, but this song deserves much more credit than the others.
The fans who attended this reunion in Vegas were in for a very good treat. Destiny’s Child is an important part of R&B history in the early 2000s.
Destiny’s Child is one of the best-selling female groups ever. They belong up there with TLC and many other successful groups. Destiny’s Child sold more than 60 million records worldwide. In addition, the group earned 14 Grammy nominations and won two Grammys.
