Actor Charlie Sheen is coming out with a new documentary that will stream on Netflix. Sheen sat down for an exclusive interview to discuss a variety of topics, especially his eight-year sobriety.

The 60-year-old, who has done comedic and serious roles, has experienced many successes in film and television. Sheen has been part of unforgettable films such as Platoon, Wall Street, Major League, and Two and a Half Men. After he departed from Two and a Half Men, the show was not the same without him.

Sheen comes from a successful family in the industry with his father, Martin Sheen, and brother Emilio Estevez.

It’s great to see Sheen turn his life around. He has battled demons and is going to rehab, and now he seems in a much better place than where he was years ago. Sheen has slept with many people, done drugs, and been out of control. He partied a lot throughout his career.

Thankfully, he’s still breathing and needs to clean up his act. He appeared on Jesse Watters’ Primetime in a fascinating and genuine interview. Sheen reminisces about the talk he had with journalist Matt Lauer.

“As bad as everything had gone and as depressing as that whole thing was, that was a relief to me,” Sheen said. “To sit with him and just say this is what happened, this is what I’m dealing with. There was so much extortion and blackmail.”

Sheen also shared a funny and interesting memory about the time he and his dad beat Michael Jordan in 1986 during a 2-on-1 game.

“We did beat him fair and square in a 2-on-1,” Sheen said.

Sheen also said that Jordan doesn’t accept the defeat to this day. According to Sheen, the game was recorded, but Jordan refuses to believe the results. Jordan was in his second season in the NBA at the time.

The Book of Sheen is the name of his memoir. Sheen’s two-part documentary, aka Charlie Sheen, is now streaming on Netflix and we’re in for quite a ride.
